This course is a detailed look at the problems faced by children and families coping with difficult living conditions.
Various experts (consult the course syllabus) in their respective fields will share their knowledge including three live online sessions with Dr. Delphine Collin-Vézina.
Yes, so you will be able to take pre-recorded courses, in the order presented, wherever it is convenient for you. They will be offered inside the session and subject to assignment and evaluations. Also, there will be three synchronous activities: three live online sessions led by Delphine Collin-Vézina. This will be done remotely via McGill’s platform.
Yes. The course will be given over 16 weeks and there will be set dates for submitting assignments and other evaluations during this period.
Course specifications
English and French. Students simply choose their preferred language on the platform.
This is a university course of 45-hour, plus assignments, evaluations and readings.
For the moment, there are no credits attached to this course. Students will receive a training certificate from McGill University
This is preferable, but it can be taken simultaneously with another university program.
