One of the great contributions of CSP is not to label these children out of hand, but to start the assessment from the beginning, in co-construction with the child himself, his family and the significant people around him. This workshop on differential diagnosis will enable participants to enrich their knowledge of the diagnostic process, then stimulate their clinical thinking through group discussions and exchanges with panelists. It will also address the emerging literature that untangles complex trauma disorders and attachment disorders, including ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Finally, the panellists will discuss the use of screening and prevention tools to promote children&#8217;s overall health, while remaining within the reach of participants.
