This approach involves being on the ground, without appointments or follow-up, and building trusting relationships by becoming an active member of the community. Florent stresses the importance of seeing the people behind the problems, taking the time to get to know them, and allowing families to get to know them too. He shares concrete examples where this approach has broken down barriers and created peer-to-peer relationships, underlining its effectiveness in the field of mental health.
