Le diagnostic du trouble du d\u00e9ficit de l’attention avec ou sans hyperactivit\u00e9 et la consommation de m\u00e9dicaments psychostimulants sont de plus en plus fr\u00e9quents pour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois. \u00c0 partir des r\u00e9sultats pr\u00e9liminaires d’une \u00e9tude comparative Qu\u00e9bec (Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean) – Belgique (Flandre) sur la pr\u00e9valence du TDAH, sa m\u00e9dicalisation et les facteurs scolaires associ\u00e9s \u00e0 son diagnostic, des explications sont fournies sur les diff\u00e9rences de pr\u00e9valence. Les r\u00e9sultats des entrevues men\u00e9es au Qu\u00e9bec mettent en \u00e9vidence le r\u00f4le des enseignantes et des politiques de l’\u00e9ducation dans l’\u00e9tiquetage des \u00e9l\u00e8ves avec TDAH et la consommation des psychostimulants. Des pistes de r\u00e9flexion pour contrer le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne sont propos\u00e9es. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
