Dans le but de desservir 20 000 enfants en situation de vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 et leurs familles d\u2019ici 2021, la Fondation Dr julien d\u00e9veloppe et soutient les initiatives de p\u00e9diatrie sociale sur l\u2019ensemble du territoire qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois.<\/p>\n

The research presented in this report was carried out in order to support Fondation du Dr Julien in its process of identifying communities most at risk for social and economic poverty. The socioeconomic risk indices created by this research are meant to serve as tools to aid the decision-making of the Fondation\u2019s coordination committee, which is responsible for identifying Qu\u00e9bec communities for the future implementation of community social pediatric centres. These socioeconomic risk indices will complement other aspects used by the committee, including community mobilization and identification of leaders, available resources, and consistency in existing services. <\/p>\n
