class=\"bb-theme-elementor-wrap bb-elementor-custom-family bb-elementor-custom-size bb-elementor-tablet-custom-size\">\t\t\t\t<p>Cette recherche a examin\u00e9 l\u2019approche adopt\u00e9e au sein de centres de p\u00e9diatrie sociale en communaut\u00e9 (CPSC) dans cinq r\u00e9gions du Qu\u00e9bec (Montr\u00e9al, Gatineau, L\u00e9vis, Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu et Trois-Rivi\u00e8res) de 2011 \u00e0 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Elle met en \u00e9vidence deux caract\u00e9ristiques qui distinguent ces centres des autres organisations du r\u00e9seau de la sant\u00e9 et des services sociaux soit, 1) l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 des diagnostics et \u00e0 des services de sant\u00e9 globale aux enfants issus de milieux vuln\u00e9rables, 2) l\u2019int\u00e9gration dans un m\u00eame lieu de services m\u00e9dicaux, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s, psychosociaux et dans certains cas juridiques, en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 des besoins des enfants et des familles.  <\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats sugg\u00e8rent \u00e9galement que les CPSC ont des liens avec de nombreux secteurs d\u2019intervention diff\u00e9rents (\u00e9ducation, sant\u00e9, services sociaux, juridiques, loisirs) et que ces liens sont plus \u00e9troits avec les organisations du r\u00e9seau public de services sociaux et de sant\u00e9 que du r\u00e9seau communautaire.<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne les retomb\u00e9es des interventions aupr\u00e8s des enfants et des familles, les r\u00e9sultats sugg\u00e8rent qu\u2019elles contribuent, apr\u00e8s un an, \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer le d\u00e9veloppement socioaffectif des enfants, la relation parent-enfant et le sentiment de soutien social formel et informel des
