Le balado Trajectoires<\/i>, produit par la Fondation Dr Julien et r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par L’institut de p\u00e9diatrie sociale en communaut\u00e9<\/i>, est une baladodiffusion p\u00e9dagogique, premi\u00e8re du genre au Qu\u00e9bec dans le milieu de la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n

La premi\u00e8re saison de Trajectoires<\/i> explore le suivi-accompagnement en p\u00e9diatrie sociale en communaut\u00e9. \u00c0 l’aide d’histoire de cas complexes et inspirantes, diff\u00e9rents intervenants \u00e9changent sur la nature de leur travail, sur leur expertise et sur leur compr\u00e9hension du suivi-accompagnement.<\/p>\n

Afin de pr\u00e9senter les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s diverses du Qu\u00e9bec, la premi\u00e8re saison parcourt 3 centres de p\u00e9diatrie sociale issus de communaut\u00e9s distinctes. D\u00e9couvrez les centres de p\u00e9diatrie sociale en communaut\u00e9 d’Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, de Mont-Laurier et de Qu\u00e9bec et apprenez-en plus sur la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 des intervenants qui y travaillent.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Miguel est un jeune plein de talents qui, comme beaucoup trop d\u2019enfants, a un parcours de vie parsem\u00e9 d\u2019embuches qui mine le d\u00e9veloppement de son plein potentiel.<\/p>\n

Il est donc r\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 au Centre de p\u00e9diatrie sociale en communaut\u00e9 d\u2019Hochelaga-Maisonneuve pour des probl\u00e8mes d\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, une faible estime de soi et un parcours scolaire compromis. Suivi pendant de plusieurs ann\u00e9es, le cas de Miguel nous permet d\u2019aborder des \u00e9l\u00e9ments chers en suivi-accompagnement en PSC : la co-intervention, la mise en \u00e9vidence des forces, le rythme de l\u2019enfant et la mise \u00e0 profit des moments informels.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
