Presentation

This presentation, which took place on June 25, 2025, addresses two main areas: the new parental union regime, which came into effect on June 30, 2025, and an overview of recent court decisions on children’s rights.

A portion of the meeting is also devoted to the presentation of the legal support service offered by Alexandra Bourcier, lawyer and mediator in children’s rights at the Dr. Julien Foundation. This service aims to support social pediatrics workers in the legal issues encountered by the children and families they support.

The meeting concludes with a moment of collective reflection on the legal needs of the workers in their daily practice, in connection with the support of children and families followed in community social pediatrics.
