The assessment of social pediatrics interventions
Speaker: Christine Doucet
Christine Doucet holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychoeducation and a Ph.D. in Sociology. She is a Research Associate at the Dr. Julien/Marcelle and Jean Coutu Foundation Chair is Community Social Pediatrics at the Université de Montréal. Before starting her career in research, she worked with vulnerable populations, during which time she began to question the social inequality she observed. Her research interests are centered around the individual and social factors associated with social inequality, the various ways they interact and impact individuals’ life trajectories, and the research methods that help to illustrate this complexity.
