This workshop presents the seven protective factors in mental health: acting, feeling, accepting, recharging, discovering, choosing and connecting. It explores how these factors are applicable for oneself, but also in the organization of work. Through targeted exercises and the sharing of concrete experiences, participants are led to reflect on the importance of their social ties, their strengths and their needs for autonomy, competence and affiliation, as well as the role of emotions, these messages that allow them to take action.
